We have a returns policy for any "new" item purchased. You may return an item within 30 days for any reason. We will refund the purchase price of the item only and it must be returned in new, resalable condition at your cost. We will replace or refund in full, including postage, any "new" item that fails due to faulty workmanship or materials within a 12 month period. This excludes normal wear and tear etc... You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
